Cludee asks businesses to retake their training every three years. This ensures your business stays current with evolving accessibility rules and the needs of people with disabilities. We continuously improve our training to include up-to-date information, making sure it reflects the latest best practices and legal requirements.

We encourage businesses to stay proactive with a few key points:

  • Free Retraining: If you retake your training before it expires, it’s free.
  • Reminders: We’ll send reminders to help you remember when it’s time to retake the training.

Disclaimer: If your certificate lapses, repayment will be required to retake the training.
